Algemene Vervoerscondities en Betalingsvoorwaarden

All our activities, dependent on their nature, are subject to:
Transport: The General Transport Conditions 2002 (de Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002), as filed with the registry of the district courts (Arrondissementsrechtbanken) of Amsterdam and Rotterdam, and in case of international transport in addition to the CMR-treaty. In case of transport by vessel: the “Rotterdamse Stuwadoorscondities” and also the “Voorwaarden Massagoedstuwadoors Rotterdam”, both deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam and the Chamber of Commerce of Rotterdam;

Warehousing and storage: The Conditions of Physical Distribution 2000, as filed with the registry of the district courts (Arrondissements- rechtbanken) of Amsterdam and Rotterdam under file numbers 177/2000 and 116/2000 respectively The General Storage Conditions (de Algemene Opslagvoorwaarden), as filed with the registry of the district courts (Arrondissementsrechtbanken) of Amsterdam and Rotterdam;

Payment: within 30 days after date of invoice; invoices are considered as being accepted and found in order by the debtor, when the carrier has not received a written complaint within 14 days after date of invoice. If none of above mentioned conditions apply to the activities concerned the Transport en Logistiek Nederland conditions of payment, as filed with the district court (Arrondissementsrechtbank) of The Hague, 2nd July 2002, file number 69/2002 are applicable. With regard to the conditions mentioned above the latest version is applicable. Copies of the conditions will be sent on first request without any costs involved.
